Do my current qualifications meet the requirements for the skills assessment?
AITSL does not provide a pre-assessment service and cannot tell you if you have suitable qualifications before you apply.

Which course/s can I study to meet the requirements for the skills assessment?
AITSL does not have a list of accredited qualifications and we do not provide advice on qualifications to study to meet the criteria.

Do I have to submit an IELTS? Does AITSL accept any other tests?
AITSL does not provide a pre-assessment service and cannot tell you if you meet the English language requirement before you apply. An AITSL skills assessment includes an English language requirement which can be met either through a study option or with
a suitable Academic IELTS Test Report Form (TRF).
AITSL does not accept any other form of English language test towards meeting this requirement. All the information you need to make an informed decision can be found here
Can AITSL help with migration and visa advice?
No, questions about migration, visa and points requirements must be directed to the Department of Home Affairs
AITSL can only answer questions about the skills assessment of school
teacher occupations.
